Summer Sangria Mocktail!

Summer Sangria Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • Organic strawberries, washed and sliced.
  • Local Fare Jax blueberries. Washed.
  • 1 Lemon. Washed and sliced in circles.
  • 1 Lime. Washed and sliced.
  • 16 oz. of your favorite coconut water. We love VitaCoco Pineapple or Harmless Harvest.
  • 1 12 oz. can of OLIPOP healthy soda water. We love the grape or ginger ale for this recipe.

 

 

It’s so delicious! And can we done with many different fruits for a summer time treat! Be sure to garnish with leftover lemon or lime slices or add dehydrated blood oranges for a pop of color!

Instructions

  1. Add blackberries, strawberries, lemon, and lime to a pitcher or large bowl. (Be sure to keep a few slices of lemon and lime behind for garnish.)

  2. Pour 8 oz of coconut water to pitcher and muddled fruit. Take your time.
  3. Once fruit is muddled, pour additional coconut water and stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Strain mixture over ice. Then top with OLIPOP. Give one more stir and you’re all set!
