Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss sliced okra in olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread in a single layer and roast for 20–25 min, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon juice to serve.
