
Key Lime Jelly Glazed Grilled Shrimp
What you’ll need:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons Local Fare Jax Key Lime Jelly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
- Heat: Add something spicy from the LFJ store for an extra kick (Optional)
What you’ll need:
- Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in the marinade and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze: Warm the Key Lime Jelly slightly to make it easier to brush.
- Grill: Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side.
- Glaze: In the final minute, brush the shrimp with Key Lime Jelly for a glossy, flavorful finish.
- Serve! Sprinkle with fresh lime zest for extra punch!
Key Lime Jelly Cheesecake Bites
What you’ll need:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 mini graham cracker crusts (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/3 cup Local Fare Jax Key Lime Jelly
- Fresh lime zest, for garnish
Instructions:
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble: Spoon the mixture into mini graham cracker crusts.
- Top: Gently warm the Key Lime Jelly and spoon it over the cheesecake filling.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with lime zest just before serving.

Tropical Key Lime Jelly Chicken Wraps
What you’ll need:
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or grilled
- 1/4 cup Local Fare Jax Key Lime Jelly
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 4 large tortillas
- Mixed greens or spinach
