Kale & Green Onion Quiche Recipe by Happy Bake Day

Ingredients
- 1 frozen deep dish pie crust, thawed
- 1 cup chopped kale from Local Fare Jax
- ¼ cup sliced green onions from Local Fare Jax
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 large eggs
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Using a fork, poke holes along the bottom and sides of the pie crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and spices and whisk together until well combined.
- Add the kale, green onion, and cheese to the egg mixture. Gently stir together.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
- Place quiche on a baking tray, and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean and the top is browned.
- Allow the quiche to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
