Chicken Caeser Salad Flatbread

Ingredients:
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup of diced cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups of shredded Hunter Cattle chicken
- Caesar dressing (or Creamy Garlic Dressing)
- Flatbread of choice
Garnish:
- Fresh grated parmesan cheese
- FreshJax Cracked Black Pepper
- Pickled red onions (or other pickled options here)
Instructions
- Dice up romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
- Add desired amount of dressing and mix well.
- Warm up flatbread. Place salad mixture on top.
- Garnish with fresh parmesan cheese, black pepper, and pickled red onions.
- Enjoy!!
